Hello cheese makers! I’m hugely excited to present you with The Big Cheese Making Kit’s new website for 2016. I hope you like it!
I started making Kits in my kitchen back in 2013. What started as a hobby in September of that year had already exploded by three months later. It was crazy a time, and I had to rope in family members, friends and a variety of Christmas Elves to help out!
We’ve come along way since since then. You can now find us in around 400 independent retailers in the UK, with big names like Selfridges and The National Trust also stocking The Big Cheese Making Kit. Our old site has been a loyal servant, but we needed a new website to enter the modern age!
I know how annoying it can be trying to buy online on a site that doesn’t do the simple things well, so we’ve made sure browsing between pages is fast, and that navigating the shopping experience is as straightforward as possible. Created by the wonderful people at starbit web & ink, our new site is fully responsive meaning it will automatically display whether you’re using a laptop, phone or tablet.
We’ve also made it easier for you to get in touch with us. If you look at the bottom right hand corner of your screen you’ll notice a cheesy help live chat box. Pop in your question, and we’ll get back to you straight away! Office hours are 10-5 Monday to Friday; outside of those hours you can send us an offline message via the same tool too.
We’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions too, so either leave a comment below, drop us an email or pop us a message over on Facebook.
