The Big Cheese Making Kit will be exhibiting (and selling!) at the Foodies Festival in Edinburgh….we’re very excited!  Mostly we can’t wait to see Loyd Grossman.  (Think he owes me a drink ue to the sheer volume of his sauces I have purchased over the years! – ed)
